Puffies

this week, i decided to give my mom a hand in the kitchen .. and made curry puff..

the result : - eh.. so so

first of all, cut the sweet potatoes and potatoes into small small pieces..




eh heh, it looks so colourful .. =P

cook them in curry :)

then mix the flours and margarine together .. roll roll into doughs ..



looks like old paper .. ~~

put in the curry potatoes and shape the puffs

deep fry them .. see, some are still yellow and some are brown



walah! *crunch crunch*

it is not as good as the ones bought outside, made by professional aunties but at least i can say i tried to make em before ... with the help of mom and sis of course .. @.@'''

tonight having a pillow talk session with fellow YWD's .. should be fun .. alto i'm nervous ..

oh , one more thing about frying those curry puffies ..
