trivia : crocodiles don't have tongue

so anyways i managed to get around posting about my 2007 year end holiday .. in malacca

managed to whisk away on the 29 dec .. while others were still in exams .. ngek ngek ..

pixxies up ahead .. was being a total tourist ...

meaning :- pictures of tour sites are included ..

meriam ( cannon ) next to A famosa .. pretty cool actually

the famous A famosa . .although i swear it looks bigger the last time i came

one of the place in malaysia where you can get beca ( trishaw ) rides ..

the green umbrellas are maxis. yellow umbrella represents digi. hmm.. wonder where is celcom among these mess?

when i was little girl, i took a pix with these stone bullock carts cows.. back then there were no guarded fence and there were three cows.. i guess the other one crumbled

it was nearby here when we had an encounter ..

a female monk in grey robe approach us with a sad/serious/solemn face holding a coconut husk where there were a RM 1 in it.. she came to us speechless and i nudged my mom to give her a buck .. and she left..

after a while .. another monk came to me, a man this time.. handing me something .. some thingy like bookmark or something liddat and keep asking me for donation

" this is do good " he said in mandarin ..

i keep declining him .. and looking helplessly at my mom

" we already gave just now" my mom indicated the female monk

" that one is not the same one " he said ..

and he keep asking me to "do good" to the extent he raised his voice a little. when i ignored him, he walked away frustrated and angry ..

ask and force me to do good and raise voice meh?

and right before we went home, we stopped by the crocodile farm to discover it was under renovation..
turtles .. basking in the sun .. damn cute le ..

baby crocs .. future predators ..

they lay so still.. i was being fooled that they were fake if their eyes were not moving ..

crocodiles have no tongue .. pictures prove it all .. =)

yes, they just lay there whole day .. some with their mouth open ..

there's a haunted house in the farm too ..

of course i was too chicken to go in .. =P
